1. تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي والاستخدام الدراسي

SADS AI تطبيق ذكاء اصطناعي للدراسة يساعد في الشرح والتدريب والتصحيح. لا يقدّم التطبيق دروسًا بشرية ولا يستضيف مقاطع تدريسية للمدرسين. قد تنتج أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي إجابات غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة، لذلك يجب مراجعة المعلومات المهمة وعدم اعتبار مخرجات التطبيق بديلًا عن المدرس أو المصدر الدراسي الرسمي.

2. أهلية الاستخدام والحساب

يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب والمحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول. إذا كان المستخدم قاصرًا وفق القانون المعمول به، فيجب استخدام الخدمة بموافقة ومتابعة ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني عند الحاجة.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

• استخدم SADS AI لأغراض قانونية وتعليمية فقط.
• لا تحاول تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الحسابات أو الأنظمة.
• لا ترسل محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو القوانين المعمول بها.

4. البيانات والخدمات الخارجية

يقر المستخدم بأن استخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي يتطلب إرسال الرسائل والمحتوى ذي الصلة إلى مزودي خدمات خارجيين لمعالجة الطلبات. توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية جمع البيانات واستخدامها ومشاركتها.

5. الدفع والوصول المدفوع

مشتريات Pro هي دفعات لمرة واحدة تمنح مدة وصول محددة ولا تتجدد تلقائيًا. إذا اشتريت مدة إضافية أثناء وجود وصول Pro فعال، تضاف المدة الجديدة بعد نهاية المدة الحالية. تخضع جميع المدفوعات لسياسة الاسترداد.

6. التوفر والتغييرات

قد نقوم بتعديل ميزات SADS AI أو إيقافها أو تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يسري الإصدار المنشور من تاريخ تحديثه، ويعني استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر التغييرات قبول الشروط المحدثة بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

7. القانون المعمول به

نسعى إلى تشغيل SADS AI بما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق إلزامية لا يجوز التنازل عنها بموجب القانون المحلي الساري عليك.

SADS AI is an AI study app that provides explanation, practice, and grading assistance. The app does not provide human-taught classes or host instructional videos by teachers. AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Review important information and do not treat SADS AI output as a replacement for teachers or official study materials.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. If you are a minor under applicable law, use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Acceptable use

• Use SADS AI only for lawful and educational purposes.
• Do not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Do not submit content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Data and external services

You acknowledge that AI features require sending messages and related content to external service providers for processing. The Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, and shared.

5. Payments and paid access

Pro purchases are one-time payments that grant access for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. If you purchase more time while Pro access is active, the new period is added after the current period ends. All payments are subject to the Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SADS AI features and update these terms from time to time. The posted version applies from its updated date. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.

7. Applicable law

We aim to operate SADS AI in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These terms do not limit mandatory rights that cannot be waived under the local law that applies to you.
